Wild-harvested by native bees from untouched forest blooms — pure, living honey exactly as nature created it, never heated, never filtered.
Panchmandal's Natural Forest Honey is gathered from wild bee colonies that forage freely across dense forest ecosystems — drawing nectar from hundreds of native wildflowers, medicinal herbs, and ancient trees. This multi-floral origin gives our honey a rich, complex flavour profile that single-crop commercial honey can never replicate.
Unlike commercially processed honey — which is heated above 60°C and micro-filtered, destroying enzymes, pollen, and beneficial compounds — our honey is cold-extracted and minimally strained. Every jar contains live enzymes, natural pollen, antioxidants, beeswax traces, and propolis. It may crystallise over time — that is the mark of real, unprocessed honey.
Rooted in Panchmandal's philosophy of Panchamahabhuta — the five elements — our honey is harvested with deep reverence for the forest, the bees, and the seasonal wisdom that guides sustainable wild collection practices.
Each variant is collected from different forest zones and seasonal bloom cycles — offering unique flavour, colour, and therapeutic properties.
Our bees forage freely in untouched natural forests — not enclosed apiaries on monoculture farms. Wild foraging means multi-floral, mineral-rich honey.
Commercial honey is heated to 70–80°C for fluidity and pasteurisation, destroying all live enzymes. Ours is cold-extracted — preserving diastase, invertase and amylase.
Pollen — the most nutrient-dense substance on earth — is preserved in every jar. Propolis, nature's antibiotic resin, adds powerful antimicrobial properties.
We harvest with deep respect for the colony — never taking more than 40% of any hive's surplus, maintaining ecological balance in the forest ecosystem.
Real raw honey never expires. Its natural low water activity, hydrogen peroxide content and acidity make it permanently shelf-stable without any additives.
Science and Ayurveda both agree — raw forest honey is one of nature's most potent healing foods
Antioxidants, propolis and bee pollen work together to strengthen immune response and protect against infections and seasonal illness.
WHO recognises honey as an effective cough suppressant. Warm honey with ginger and tulsi soothes sore throat faster than most OTC syrups.
Phenolic antioxidants in raw honey reduce LDL cholesterol oxidation, lower blood pressure and improve artery function.
Hydrogen peroxide, methylglyoxal and bee defensin-1 give raw honey broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity — effective even on drug-resistant bacteria.
Polyphenols in raw honey reduce oxidative stress in the brain, improve memory and have shown neuroprotective effects in research.
Applied topically, raw honey accelerates wound healing, reduces inflammation and treats minor burns, acne and dry skin naturally.
A spoon of honey before bed triggers a slight insulin rise which allows tryptophan to enter the brain — promoting serotonin and melatonin production.
The 1:1 fructose-to-glucose ratio makes honey an ideal pre-workout fuel — quickly absorbed for instant energy with sustained release.
From morning rituals to kitchen staples — raw honey is one of the most versatile ingredients in your home. Here's how to make the most of it.

We believe honey should come to you exactly as the bees made it — wild, living, and deeply nourishing. No shortcuts, ever.
Our honey comes from wild bee colonies in natural forests — not commercial apiaries. Wild bees produce honey of unmatched nutritional depth and flavour complexity.
We cold-extract every batch below 40°C — preserving all live enzymes, active pollen, propolis and aromatic volatiles that heating destroys entirely.
No added sugar, corn syrup, glucose, flavours or water. Each batch is naturally tested for purity — what you see in the jar is 100% forest honey.
Collected in alignment with bee colony health — never over-harvested, never smoked excessively, never disturbing queen colonies. Bees first, always.
Because we follow nature's calendar — not commercial demand — our honey is available in limited seasonal batches. Each jar is a unique expression of that season's forest.
A single honeybee produces only 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey in its entire lifetime.
Bees visit approximately 2 million flowers and fly 55,000 miles to produce one jar of honey.
Archaeologists found 3,000-year-old honey in Egyptian tombs — still perfectly edible. Honey never spoils.
Raw forest honey contains over 200 identified bioactive substances including flavonoids, phenolic acids and enzymes.
Real honey is living food. Make the switch from processed to pure — your body, your gut, and your immunity will feel the difference from day one.
