Ladoo is one of India's most ancient and beloved foods — a round sweet made from flour, grains or seeds bound with jaggery or ghee, rolled by hand into a sphere that symbolises wholeness and prosperity. Offered to deities, given as prasad, shared at festivals and crafted for postpartum nourishment — the ladoo holds an irreplaceable place in Indian culture.

Unlike modern mithai shops that use refined sugar, vanaspati (hydrogenated fat), artificial flavours and food colours, Panchmandal's ladoos are made strictly from organically grown ingredients sweetened only with our own farm-made jaggery. Each variant follows an Ayurvedic recipe — methi ladoos for postpartum recovery, nachani ladoos for iron, aaliv ladoos for lactation, dinka ladoos for strength.

Every ladoo is rolled entirely by hand in small batches on our mandala farm — no machine shaping, no standardised molds. The slight variation in each piece is not a flaw — it is the signature of genuine handcraft and human care.
