We use the same pure, iron-rich jaggery from our own mandala farms — the same jaggery we sell in our Jaggery range. Commercial chikkis often use refined sugar or glucose syrup for cost-cutting.
Every piece is hand-poured, hand-spread, naturally cooled and hand-cut. Machine-made chikkis use high-pressure rollers that change texture and over-heat the jaggery — destroying its nutritional value.
